Our mission is simple: to help the Star Hotel Chefs, Ready to Cook (RTC)/Ready to Eat (RTE) manufacturing companies to develop the absolute best recipes for all of your favorite foods and their products.
To do this, we held test kitchens to taste the recipes. In extended Test Kitchens, sometimes each recipe 30, 40, sometimes as many as 70 times, until we arrive at the combination of ingredients, technique, temperature, cooking time, and equipment that yields the best, most-foolproof recipe. Once the product is ready, a pre product launch study is conducted OR a quick test kitchen is held to get ratings and comments.
